SHIFT sideways slidable walls

STORRWALL Shift system
Available in 2-part, 3-part and 4-part versions.

Excellent for quick access to your 2nd compartment. By using sliding doors, the space required for opening is kept to a minimum and you do not need to move your load first, such as with roof stowed walls.

The sliding walls are available in flexible 30mm and/or 40 mm flexible or rigid walls. Placed in a 3- row aluminum sliding profile, the walls move smoothly. The walls are locked to the desired position by a click system.

Effectiveness

Regardless of whether as a 2D or 3D version, thanks to the sliding insulation mats, you can divide the load space quickly and flexibly and still have quick access. Ideal for the many stops in distribution traffic.

Magnet seal

In order to optimally seal the mats from one another, the overlapping areas arranged one behind the other are equipped with contact magnets to keep the mats as closed as possible. This reduces unwanted air circulation to a minimum.

Flexibility

The SHIFT insulation walls are also available in a longitudinally adjustable version. The carriage frame required for this is made from a high-strength, but very light GRP square tube - the cross-track rails can simply be screwed on.

The carriage frame is designed for the STORR aluminum running rail for attachment directly above in the corners.

Handling

Regardless of whether slide or fixed mounting in the rear area, the aluminum extrusion profile guides the mats easily and with ball bearings. Special positioning aids facilitate fixing in the desired configuration.

We determine the locking position based on the communicated vehicle width. Special constellations are possible if required.

Fan

As an installation kit for installation in 30 & 40mm SHIFT SLIDE walls. Voltage either

12 or 24 volts. The air flow rate is around

800 cbm/h.

Operating instructions and a 2-pin socket with protective cap for connection to a spiral cable are included in the scope of delivery. When using fans, we seal the segments with additional expanders instead of the standard magnets.
